Musix GNU+Linux 2.0 is a Debian-Live stable based distribution containing a large collection of free multimedia applications: "Now you can test the alpha 1 release of Musix GNU/Linux 2.0 based on Debian Lenny and it's great features: a better installer, boot and compression system than Musix 1.0; updated software packages as for instance Ardour 2.7.1-2, jackd 0.109.2-5, Rosegarden 1.7.0, Linux 2.6.26.8-libre2 & 2.6.24-7-libre3 (both realtime patched), Audacity 1.3.5-2+lenny1, Gimp 2.4.7-1, Solfege 3.10.3-1+b1, IceWm 1.2.35-1, etc. We encourage you to test this alpha release so we can get more feedback from the artists worldwide. The Rox-Filer's launchers are not yet fully working, so please just use the IceWM menu."
